Product Info

It's a light color and fluorescent free version HMPSA specifically developed for construction applications of nonwoven hygiene industry.

It is a premium grade of medium application temperature product with low viscosity profile and good processing performance.Its light color and low odor is a strong plus for consumer acceptance. The product provides high hot tack for bonding process and high peel strength for final hygienic products.

The product meets the composition requirements indirect food additivesregulation of FDA 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”.

Guidance for Use

1. Capable of being applied by all types of slot die, spray and roller applicators.

2. Suggested operating temperature is 120-150 ºC, depending on machines, substrates used, process, and plant condition.

3. Properly condition the substrates to 20-30 ºC before using during winter season, or while the storage temperature of environment is low.

Packaging

1kg pillow by auto packaging machine, 25kg/box. Please consult the local sales rep for special packaging requirements.

Storage Advice

The product can be stored for 2 years from the date of production, with its original packages, in a dry and clean place without direct sunlight of temperature ranged 0-35ºC.

Proper Handling & Precautions

1. The material is applied hot. Appropriate PPE should be used for handling.

2. Temperature above 180ºC should be avoided, unless recommended.

3. Use adequate ventilation to remove fumes or vapor generated.

4. Read MSDS carefully before using the product.
