Back Adhesive For Hygiene Care Applications

Product Information 

It's a HMPSA specifically developed for positioning fixation of feminine care hygiene applications. It is a medium application temperature product positioning adhesive featured non-transfer with excellent fixation security and ageing performance，and much more adaptable to different fabric. Its low odor and light color is a good plus for consumer acceptance. The low viscosity profile allows the product to be coated at low temperature preventing PE films burnt through.

The product meets the composition requirements of indirect food additives  regulation of FDA 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”. 

Guidance for Use

Packaging 

1kg pillow by auto packaging machine, 25kg/box. Please consult the local sales rep for special package requirements.

The product can be stored for 2 years from the date of production, with its original packages, in a dry and clean place without direct sunlight of temperature ranged 0-35ºC.

Proper Handling & Precautions

1. The material is applied hot. Appropriate PPE should be used for handling.

2. Temperature above 180ºC should be avoided, unless recommended.

3. Use adequate ventilation to remove fumes or vapor generated.

4. Read MSDS carefully before using the product.
