It's a fluorescent free and light color HMPSA specifically developed for elastics and waist band applications of nonwoven hygiene industry.

The product is a premium grade with excellent creep resistance and good processing performance for elastic materials fixation.Its light color and low odor is a strong plus for consumer acceptance.

Technical Data 

Guidance for Use 

1. Capable of being applied by all types of slot die, spray and roller applicators.

2. Suggested operating temperature is 140-170 ºC, depending on machines, substrates used, process, and plant condition.

3. Properly condition the substrates to 20-30 ºC before using during winter season, or while the storage temperature of environment is low.

Packaging

1kg pillow by auto packaging machine, 20kg/box. Please consult the local sales rep for special packaging requirements.

Storage Advice

The product can be stored for 2 years from the date of production, with its original packages, in a dry and clean place without direct sunlight of temperature ranged 0-35ºC.
